Crazy how useless and hard to get this mon is in the game lmao. I like the rom hacks that make dark physical and ghost special. Cause then this pokemon is useful prior its best moves are slash and ice beam with low special

They have sentience and conscience What they should have done is add Dark types to the "mean looking" or "evil trait" Pokemon that existed who didn't already have dual typing or just had normal dual typing, such as Raticate, Persian, Fearow, Hypno, Ninetales etc.

That's why the attacks are things like sucker punch, beat up (gang up when it's supposed to be 1v1) and I guess bite, though that's a bit of a stretch.They're weak to fighting because those types know how to actually fight and defend against cheap tactics. They're good against psychic because they're unpredictable and counter-intuitive to established fighting norms.

Also Dark being special makes sense if Eevee is allowed to evolve only into traditionally special types.
