Ouroboros are directly responsible for almost every continent shatterent event of the last 10 years but for some reason nobody actually hates them or any of their members and are more than fine being buddies with them. It just makes them come off like a pointless joke organization. In SC you could tell that everybody who know what Ouroboros was hated them and that was before they had even done anything that bad yet but you see them in any new game now and people just sit around with their members and have friendly chats. Kevin, despite literally murdering one of their members, will go on to be best buds with them again.
