Canonically Geralt is dead and undoing the wish never happened, ergo it wasn't some "true love" or anything like that.

The games however are not canon and Yennefer is barely in them (just in 3) and in the canon of the games, Triss makes way more sense since you spend more time with her, she has far better chemistry with Geralt's friends (which are very important to him), doesn't fuck around with stuff Geralt greatly disapproves of like black magic, is very clearly a far happier relationship without the constant lies, gaslighting and bitchy attitude Yen gives him.

So no, neither option is canon in the games an Yen most definately isn't Geralt's true love in the games, in fact they make it abundantly clear she's not.
At the end of the day you pick the one you like more, the bitch or Triss.

Yen does this non-stop. Yen is not a good person at all. She's basically the textbook example of everything people in the setting say is bad about Sorceresses. Half the time she's basically abusing Geralt.

There’s really no reason to pick her besides tits and red hair, which are compelling reasons I will admit, but in flies in the face of roleplaying and the backstory of the series
Imo the worst part of Triss in w2/3 is how they gave her fire engine dyed red hair when there are other characters with reasonably realistic natural red hair

Give me 5 examples of Yennefer lying and gaslighting in the game. I haven’t played it probably five years so it’s not fresh in my mind. I will grant you the bitchy attitude, fair. She’s mostly uptight and anxious about Ciri, which is why she will do literally anything for her (e.g. the necromancy scene). She loosens up and relaxes later.

Every choice in the games is awful. The whole atmosphere is awful, the world and the lore too. The main character is a disgruntled plumber going around taking care of everyone's shit, not just the monsters and then also laying (witcher-made, STD-resistant) pipe to all the unsatisfied women around town. Does the job so well, much to his chagrin, that it gets the attention of kings.
I should do another playthrough.
