I've decided to give shepherds of haven a shot and I'm really not feeling it. For a game that markets itself as letting you play as a mage in a society of non-mages, you get fuck all in opportunities to use magic while all the options flow into one another without any challenge until you get to use the gamer word and instakill the boss. Only in chapter 5 atm but I don't see it improving later.
