Necromancers are capped by both mana and corpse availability
Cripple can be dispelled and while frenzy is a solid attack speed steroid that goes well with fiends, it's still more expeditious to invest in banshees generally
Unless we are talking ffa or large team game.
in 1v1 banshees are practically and conceptually better

They are conceptually weak to dispel, which is necessary in 100% of matches in WC3, all factions get it in all matchups in all formats.
If Skeletal Longevity gave %Magic Resist to your summons then skeletons would be viable. The other two spells are fine, if anything a bit expensive. Buffs/Debuffs are only worth it here if they can be spammed in WC3.
