I like to play an Island and then spam gg for the rest of the match while I counter literally everything.
Your opponent's will to continue is a resource that can be attacked like any other.

Arena is the worst way to play MTG, the only acceptable ones are Xmage, Tabletop Simulator, and with proxies IRL
