Is there a strategy game like Blame! I think it could even work as a GSG. I know there are "huge scale" games like total annihilation and whatever but they don't take place in a huge megastructure, its all grassy fields and deserts.Dust Front is the closest thing I can think of and it hasn't even come out

>>1767223>total annihilation and whatever but they don't take place in a huge megastructure, its all grassy fields and deserts. The first missions of Core campaign actually take place in their capital planet that's all covered in metal and machinery.
>>1767223The only things I know that's close to that aesthetic is Aliens: Dark Descent; where some of the levels are super deep mines. I wish Dark Tide could be a RTS or 4x just on a huge hive city.
>>1767223What would make it like Blame? There are a few games where you can build multiple megastructures.
>>1767384God damnit, I clicked on it out of reflex. This is just like the time I went to r/chastity.
>>1770872Blame is all interiors so I imagine entire game must take place in megastructure. Xcom: Apocalypse does I guess

There is some anon on /g/ making a game like this.

>>1767223Golem Gates, nanomachine apocalypse ruled by a cabal of posthuman overlords. Everything is dust and ruins. A bit too sci-fantasy Protoss looking for my tastes but overall I enjoyed it.
>>1779808Is it ero?
>>1779886nah those four are just a single boss. Most units look like this
>>1780557and here's the protagonistI genuinely think the enemy bosses have the best designs
>>1779808>>1780557>>1780559that's a danm good looking game. i have to figure i haven't heard of it because it's a) early accessb) a mobac) a mobile style autobattler gamed) not very good at allwhich is it
>>1780654Its a deckbuilder strategy game and the pathfinding is shit. I just like it for the aesthetics and atmosphere, which were enough for me to put in 13 hours. Mileage may vary.
>>1780658ah shit, i just looked up some gameplay videos. it really doesn't look fun, but man, the aesthetics and presentation are top notch. what to do what to do
>>1780687Personally Im a total sicko for anything of that aesthetic so I enjoyed it anyway, but if it isn't your very specific autistic hyperfixation setting maybe try before you buy.
>>1767223Looks like it would work better as a roguelike or arpg or even open world rpg
