Is there a strategy game like Blame! I think it could even work as a GSG. I know there are "huge scale" games like total annihilation and whatever but they don't take place in a huge megastructure, its all grassy fields and deserts.

Dust Front is the closest thing I can think of and it hasn't even come out

The first missions of Core campaign actually take place in their capital planet that's all covered in metal and machinery.

The only things I know that's close to that aesthetic is Aliens: Dark Descent; where some of the levels are super deep mines. I wish Dark Tide could be a RTS or 4x just on a huge hive city.

Blame is all interiors so I imagine entire game must take place in megastructure. Xcom: Apocalypse does I guess

Golem Gates, nanomachine apocalypse ruled by a cabal of posthuman overlords. Everything is dust and ruins. A bit too sci-fantasy Protoss looking for my tastes but overall I enjoyed it.

Its a deckbuilder strategy game and the pathfinding is shit. I just like it for the aesthetics and atmosphere, which were enough for me to put in 13 hours. Mileage may vary.

Personally Im a total sicko for anything of that aesthetic so I enjoyed it anyway, but if it isn't your very specific autistic hyperfixation setting maybe try before you buy.
