No, the custom games tab has been fucking broken for like 3 years, this routinely happens to me, I have to sit for like 40 seconds before the maps appear every time I click custom

fresh SC2 installs lie to you about being 100% downloaded. It can take several minutes for everything to load

I've tried the "on-the-fly data streaming" feature, that downloads stuff on demand as you play and the data that you "stream-loaded" doesn't count towards actual download progress.
So lets say you download enough for the game to be playable, then launch and play for almost all day. Once you finish and close the game, it will discard all data it streamed and start downloading it over again.
Weird.
