If you look at the Rises Again mod, much of it is made from cut content and that dev was able to cobble together a lot from pieces that were nearly finished. A lot of that is due to the evolving reworks in the mod. Germany didn't get it's plot armor until late 2023 for an example. That's why you have lots of far more interesting content from before then, like Moskowien. But as the ruling clique changed things from the ground up, these plans were destroyed. Then they'll spin some yarn about how "no work was ever done" or "it was unplanned", when we have plenty of evidence to the contrary. It's not a coincidence that Moskowien stopped getting reworks once the nudev clique was in charge and could delete all wars. Rinse and repeat, but Mosk is the most well documented case I think.

I’ve been playing thru the leaked version of vnj from the thread and I have some thoughts, first it’s obviously unfinished so There are bugs, the zollverein doesn’t really work and the propoganda for speer only goes reformist regardless of the campaigns focus. Other than bugs, The regime stability warning is really fucking annoying, because if you do speer it will always be going off, Keeping the regime stable is easy but it always constantly deteriorates quickly regardless of player choices so keeping on top of it is very important. Sondergericht is also somewhat enjoyable tho just as a word of advice, Going with abs as your benifactor is probably the best choice since you get the option to help out speer with stability and a faction bonus. The second tree is very much unfinished unfortunately since the sketches for the economy tree and the mega project of renovating the capital all look really cool. kissingers tree has icons and the content looks cool conceptually, Liberalization of speech, Consolidating the fucking awful hitler era bureaucracy, and some Pollution regulations and healthcare reform, But they don’t have effects atm, The wehrmacht tree hasn’t been touched in this version and neither has the erhard breaking up monopolies tree. The science tree does work But I haven’t gotten a chance to look at it in depth I will report more once I finish my speer run
