No, they're dogshit. People fell in love with Holo because they were streamers with a good bit of idol, not full-on idols. The lasting feelings for the old guard, especially ones who have basically put their streaming on ice, is the only thing that carries the popularity outside of consistant streamers like Miko and Peko.

Not to mention she used to get benign tumors, but that's finally been fixed. Except when it finally got fixed the surgeon screwed up and punctured her esophagus which is why she has frequent painful hiccups. Only good thing is that as far as we know it won't kill her.
