Nope. Never been too into graphic design or computer-generated art myself, prior to this project at least. I will probably be doing more art stuff than just this, but I figure that the rest of what I have planned isn't more complicated than taking an image or two, resizing it, cropping unwanted stuff (while keeping it a simple rectangle), and maybe drawing colored lines here or there. This is the only thing that comes to my mind where I ideally want to have circles (containing the faces) cut out from various images and pasted over other stuff. The way I see it, this is pretty much just going to be a one-time exception to the norm of artistic content I intend to put out so there's no point in downloading a new program just for it when in the end I may decide it's not worth the hassle trying to trim picrel's images into circles on mspaint and instead just simply crop and resize them at the end of the day.

As mentioned above, I'm looking to reduce the already-resized images here (or very similar ones to them) to circle-shaped headshots to overlap the small circles in my previous post. The placement of each smaller image in picrel correlates to the individual circles. I may have flubbed things by putting lines on the bottom layer to hammer the connection in. If it did, it's not too big of a problem as I can probably just eschew the "images have to be circles" 'tism.
