It's the same reason why a few days ago we saw a girl pissing on the toilet in 3D blow up. The Western world longs to see the shit that Japan has but unless you're willing to pay for or pirate Japanese concerts that en members participate in, it's not like you'll really see a ton of unique stuff happening even when your oshi does get 3D.
