I've been driving. All day and still got a few hours to go.
Started off listening to a rabbit themed retro computer channel talk about getting a hard drive hooked up to a pdp11. Then I listened to the stream. Now I am listening to a CoC play I really like that is 3 weeks back after an 8 month hiatus.

I finally have all the paperwork together to change my legal address from the apartment I moved out of 2 and a half years ago. So I am probably going to be doing that soonish so I don't get into any more legal troubles but I am dreading the taxes I will have to pay. I hate my current job and am actively looking for another so IDK how long I will be living in my current apartment but I will make sure that when I move out I will actually have somewhere to change it to this time.

speaking of tetris, some of the moves that guy made were literally faster than the minimum human reaction time. its easiest to tell with straight blocks shoved to the side. he seems to be planning these moves ahead of time and i guess building in such a way that the opening is always on the sides so he doesn't waste time aiming them and just slams left or right. he's done other moves at this speed too but yeah the only way they can even be possible is by planning them ahead of time.
i myself have a hard time even having the time to look at next blocks, so i have a further guess. he is reducing the browser resolution of the game so he needs to move his eyes less to check the blocks. i consider my "kinetic visual acuity" to be pretty good but watching those plays still seem insane to me, so i'm betting on tricks and skipping as many mechanical steps as possible.

To see what needs to be upgraded while you are streaming open task manager and go to the performance tab.
For example here is mine, nothing is maxed out, ignore the fact i have 10+ HDDs.

CPU should never be at 100%.
RAM should never be at 100%.
If one of those 2 are maxed out while streaming and playing games you will lag, ideally you should have a good Ryzen CPU and 32-64GB RAM as a streamer.

GPU running at 100% is normal while gaming.

I would help you if I could. For me personally I wouldn't trust someone else to clean my PC and not mess it up or overcharge me.

How easy it is will vary by how your case is designed, but if you just take a side panel off and blow air around in there I don't think you can do any thing wrong besides get dust in your house.

Anyway returning to kiki problems, before spending money or sending it anywhere just remove the cover to see how dusty it is inside, if you see its not that bad then cleaning isnt that important.
Your PC is 4 years old now, dust and hair is normal but that doesnt mean your PC looks like total trash inside, and instead a temperature problem maybe its time to upgrade some things up, some are as easy as placing them and others are a bit hard for a first timer.

Please post:
-A picture of your case to tell you how to open it, or atleast which computer you bought.
-Which parts you got, "hwinfo" program will tell you everything by just opening it.
-Temperatures which you can find in the sensor tab of hwinfo.
