OTK was using a company called Softgiving (Brandfluence at one time) to do charity fundraising. So when OTK did their Ukraine Fundraiser (and others) they would raise a bunch of money for THE CHARITY. So OTK would raise $400,000 for Ukraine. Softgiving would take that $400k and give OTK 40% for their fundraising service, pocket 40% for "operating expenses", and the remaining 20% would actually go towards the cause.

They were profiting big off of their audience's charity donations but no one seemed to care. Asmon always ducks talking about this, and claims theres a lawasuit that prevents him from doing it (there isn't)
