The 50% cut is so insanely ludicrous, especially when the streamer mostly relies on a small dedicated group of superchatters, such as Hex. The corporation does nothing for him, while taking half his cash, there's no point. These streamers typically have low viewers, so there's little incentive to give the merch or stage opportunities. They also don't like collabs, since sharing their dedicated and valuable adudience with others is bad for business. So there is no mutual relationship in these cases. There's no reason for such a talent to be in an agency to begin with. Perhaps the agency could structure things differently, so the amount they take corresponds to services provided.
