Did she ever get 4k CCV on avg in niji's besides the charity ones ??
>>
>>79515776
no
>>
They didn't surpass 3k by a very large margin iirc, but her ccv is defo better now
>>
>>79515776
>twitch numbers
>>
>>79515776
I don't think so. It's technically better than she ever got in Niji, but everyone says Twitch numbers are unreliable for some reason so I really don't know.
>>
>>79515776
no she dumped her indo audience and got the vshojo audience
>>
>>79515776
Go back to /#/'s
>>
>>79515776
No not even close, she would get 1.2k on a good day. Which still makes her the most viewed in ID because she was EN adjacent, but still nowhere near what she is at now.
>>
>>79516078
it's just /#/ narrative
>>
>>79516078
Twitch numbers being unreliable is entirely a #fag narrative so they can pretend VShojo isn't as big as it is.
>>
>>79516365
>pretend VShojo isn't as big as it is.
Why do they care ?
>>
>>79515776
Being able to do 10+ hour streams all the time is a huge buff on Twitch.
>>
>>79516504
mental health problems mostly
>>
Not consistently but occasionally yes.
>>
>>79516078
Other way around: it is YouTube numbers that are unreliable, because they do everything they can to not count you as a viewer. Unfocused tab? Not a viewer. Audio-only? Not a viewer. Multiple videos open (like a multi-POV collab)? Doesn't count as a viewer. Adblock enabled? Doesn't count as a viewer. These are all things you can test and verify yourself with a random 0view webcam stream and 2 devices.
>>
Its impressive really, leeched the absolute fuck out of NijiEN during its prime and shacked up with one of the Luxiem boys, she managed to turn that into a lucrative career.
Truly talent does not matter, its who you know.
>>
>>79515776
The real question is, where's the Mika and Michi porn? Both are sex models and barely get anything.
>>
>>79516750
Shut the fuck up sister and watch a stream for once. She's entertaining and one of the best yappers.
>>
>>79516750
Talent matters. But skills ultimately matter. Communication skills, networking skills, being able to see and take advantage of the opportunities, marketing. Charisma also matters.
>>
>>79516739
Assuming that's true, that doesn't mean you get the same effect on streams with hundreds or thousands of viewers.

She got around 4k CCV when she was leeching Luxiem or Noctyx, collab with some of the popular girls from NijiEN or collabed with HoloID.

It is not weird that her CCV is bigger now, because she was able to introduce herself to a new western audience, thanks to Vshojo.
>>
>>79517042
You do, because you can see it on graphs of multi-POV collabs. Just take a look at Justice's Content Warning collab yesterday. You can see the rises & falls when people move from one POV to another.
>>
>>79515776
as mika she gets 1k 2k rarely tops
4k is low for michi btw especially for a collab with matara
>>
>>
>>79516739
Ah yes I love my viewers that have me muted in a tab
that sure should count as a view
>>
>>79517163
gracias
>>
>>79515776
She was a member of Nijisanji Indonesia
>>
>>79516078
twitch counts every tab as a viewer, youtube only counts for one tab
twitch counts muted tabs, youtube does not
in fact, there was a controversy involving a fleshstreamer called qtcinderella recently because she encouraged people to leave tabs on mute for some stream or something so she could get more ad rev
>>
>>79516739
>Unfocused tab? Not a viewer. Audio-only? Not a viewer
This is fair tough. You shouldn't count as a viewer.
>>
>>79516078
>>79518342
oh and another thing, youtube doesn't count embeds as viewers while twitch does
so anyone who uses holodex to watch streams aren't counted as a viewer, but there was a twitch controversy where a streamer called fextralife hid an embed for his livestreams on a popular wiki he ran so anyone who visited the wiki would count as a viewer
>>
>>79518342
you guys also always leave out the part where the channel she did that on got banned within a couple of days

Embedding is legal on Twitch. In general, the platform allows anything that pumps creators' numbers to make them look better for investors.

when exactly? when the opera GX vtuber debuted they embed her debut stream on their web browser and it inflated her debut numbers

>>79516078
Peaks are unreliable because of raids, easy botting and random Twitch display issues, but average is probably more reliable than Youtube's compressed numbers.

Never posted in numbers. You can verify all the info on the Twitch developers' page they are pretty open about it.
t. pcg fag.

>>
>>79518366
it's none of their business which tab of mine is active which is why I have an extension to kill the page visibility API
>>
>>79518955
The mechanics only work because it had viewers. A 0view stream isn't going to be able to do that, and any big name stream doing that is going to get reported. Just like what happened with QT
>>79519009
Twitch streams aren't getting the charts with Bart Simpson hair that are so easy to consistently produce on Youtube for Holos. Even I've seen that shit get posted and I've yet to see anyone point to a big Twitch stream that has any evidence of botting. Or at least evidence that isn't retarded.
>>79519092
They exist, but anyone abusing them will get banned. The change went into effect on November 1st of last year. GX Aura debuted in August, so she had the boost from the embeds on the browser that hasn't happened since. Fextralife was the channel most notorious for abusing embeds by putting it on dozens of wikis and on every page in those wikis, and their final stream was conveniently enough, October 31st, the day before punishments for abusing embeds went into effect.
>>
>>79519020
>phasecuck
that's even worse lmao
>>
>>79519146
Looks like classic Youtube botting. Imagine Google being able to fix such things, content creators have to go to Twitter to get support from a human and they shut down products left and right.
>>
>>79519020
Existing doesn't mean it always happens or is the magical explication to anything like the numberfags cope is to say "Twitch numbers don't count hurr durr", it's like assuming that everyone in her chat has actively her muted in several tabs as if their plan is to be the equivalent of a Kpop. Same with embedding, which again, while Fextralife or OperaGX was a case, it's also not what everyone does, their everyday cope is that they are embedded
>to where?
Nobody apparently can answer, because they aren't. It's on the same level as assuming that everyone that makes it big on YT bought viewers and subscribers, only because it's "possible". Exploits exist everywhere, but not everyone uses them

>>
>>79519811
not everybody does what fextralife does but the way youtube and twitch count viewers is so radically different even without considering embeds that it makes direct comparison meaningless
that's the problem
twitch numbers have to be compared with twitch numbers and youtube with youtube numbers

>>
Twitch frontpage makes any discussion about this shit meaningless.
>>
>>79518805
You can also embed Youtube streams, it's done on this very site all the time.
The embed problem had to do with people abusing embeds to essentially viewbot, that's banned now. It is not in Twitch's interest for their views to be unreliable due to viewbotting.
https://www.dexerto.com/entertainment/twitch-plans-to-crackdown-on-streamers-misusing-embeds-2346821/
The section you're quoting has to do with the rules for embedding, i.e., essentially that it has to be the main content of the page. This in contrast to the old embed viewbots which used an autoplaying 144x144 window in the corner of a webpage, which are banned under the new rules.
>>
>>79519957
The collab with Holo ID? Nah they spoke almost all in english
>>
>>79520203
The difference is that youtube doesn't count most of their embed views.
>>
>>79520202
she not even on the front page right now are you retard ??
>>
>>79520662
No according to my mythical # knowledge 1 YT views = 1000000000000 Twitch ccv cuz Twitch doesnt have users, only bots. All those sponsor companies? Embeded. Subs money? Frontpaged. Viewers ? Botted. YT is the only platform that counts numbers correctly
>>
>>79520202
Not really. Again another numberfag cope.
Front page is just really another promote tab, an ad space if you will, it only affects the viewership when someone asks to be there.
>>
>>79520422
And most people view streams directly and not through embeds.
The issue with embeds is that they were used for viewbotting. That issue is gone. We don't actually know how Youtube's view algorithm works and likely never will, however, embedded views largely don't matter anymore.

Big streamers can request Twitch frontpage with a certain frequency for a small amount of time. A lot of big vtubers do it for debuts, or unique streams. Twitch themselves will put a streamer there without being requested if it's an event that they want to promote because they're involved or it'll make the site look good, and it gives that stream artificial boost. But the thing is that unless someone is only streaming for 30 minutes you're going to know when they got that front page boost on their chart and if they get that front page boost you can assume they won't have another one for 30 days.

What's funny is that even the front page boost isn't as cartoonishly over the top as botted charts.
>>
>>79521202
Front page is equal to one viral tweet. It seems cartoonishly over the top between the regular stuff, and they help boosting the following, as in, some random guy sees this person on their front page, discovers it, enters the chat and either follows to say "wtf is this" or discovers a new streamer to follow and forget about it lmao
>>
>>79519230
Also tested this and did not count as a viewer.

it's crazy a single retard has spent thousands of dollars on bots because he couldn't understand the reason why VShojo isn't on the tally in /#/ is because numbers from different platforms aren't comparable, not that one is more reliable than the other
mental illness at its finest
>>
>>79516504
The numbers thread got hijacked by tribal monkey men who just want to hype up their favorite corporation rather than track and discuss various popularity metrics like how it was at the start.
>>
>>79524278
actually thats a good thing id rather have those autists contained in a thread that I never go to that fuck up catalog further than what it already is
>>

vshojo nor any other twitch streamer has literally ever been tallied together with YT streamers, because especially people who care about statistics know it's retarded
>>
>>79524636
Because the monkeys took over before Myth fell off and Twitch indies/Vshojos got big.
>>
>>79524241
/#/ had a shared tally for a period but the guy making it stopped because HoloEN won constantly that one too.
>>
>>79524827
so what the fuck did you mean by "how it was at the start"?
twitch and YT have ALWAYS been considered separate, because even a toddler would recognize they are different platforms that count views differently

>>
>>79525175
you can easily tally them together on streamcharts, but you have to pay for that and nobody cares.
i agree with the idea they're not directly comparable because they are essentially different metrics, that said, they are the only numbers we have, that's the only way we can compare people. In any case i am quite confident michi has a bigger noomb than mika because of what we know about her finances.
>>
>>79525666
Now you are just seething because most of /#/ watches Holo.
>>
I remember in 2021 before luxiem happened, Mika was a low energy doomer streaming to 30 Indonesians just waiting for the end. When Mysta appeared with his 20,000 CCV she grabbed his dick and never let go until her homobegging pushed her up to 1,000 CCV and mogged the rest of NijiID- who came to resent her since they were mostly losers. Now she's 4k. I respect the grind. Don't watch her anymore, but she's one of those "I remember when she was a nobody" type vtubers who really took every opportunity they could to grow their channel as much as possible and are now a somebody.

You might call her a leech, but aren't banks leeches too? But that won't change JP Morgan having a trillion dollars in assets.
>>
>>79520181
No it's because Vtwitchers are not Vtubers by definition.
>>
>>79525717
i completely agree Michi is doing better than Mika, but the financial stuff was mainly due to how shitty Anycolor is
>>
>>79525885

>>

you're not making any sense, you're just repeating yourself like a broken record

There was a period where the sperg you are arguing with did that. And he stopped the second he realized Holo won that too, he is not arguing in good faith and he doesn't care about comparing numbers in a logical way. He just can't accept Holo is more popular. Mindbroken by a single thread.

>>
>>79529615
That chart is nearly a year old anon. In May VSPO got 6.9M watchhours, VShojo got 6.6M, they're quite close now, and with less talents. Most of this comes down to adding a couple endurance streamers (Henya, Michi) and a couple of their existing streamers going harder than they did before.
>>
>>79518342
>muh MUTED STREAMS
viewers, not listeners. we count CCV. not CCL.

>>79524636

The bulk of VShojo's streaming hours come from Mouse, Zen, Michi, and Henya. They're live almost every day, rarely go under 5 hours, and Michi is the weakest of those 4 CCVwise with an average of 3-4k so naturally when it only goes up from there it adds up to ridiculous watch hours. And make sure to add in that Michi and Mouse somewhat regularly go over 10 hours.
>>
>>79537851
Matara is a non-insubstantial contribution, she's added 1.7M watchhours to VSJ's total this year. But Michi has added 1.7M watchhours in the last two months. She actually has higher CCV than Matara and streams more frequently.
