I have a hunchback and forward arrow posture from watching vtubers too much, what do i do to fix this?

When you go to bed turn your pillow 90 degrees then lie flat on your back with the pillow supporting your head, neck and upper back. (It should end around the bottom of your shoulder blades). This should push you into having a pretty straight neck and light pressure on your back where it is bent. If you can sleep like this it will help you a lot. Otherwise just try to do it for a while.

In my experience the "corrective routines" you see online don't really help. I've been doing the neck retractions, stretches, face pulls etc. for years on top of pull-ups and deadlifts
It might have helped a little but I still got the typical nerd neck and forward slouch and everything cracks like crazy.

I won't say go full Coco and purchase some 10k mattress, but an orthopaedic pillow and a decent mattress are starts, purely for the fact you ideally should be spending a 3rd of your day in it
