If using good weapons and talismans is normal mode, then using summons like Tiche or Mimic is "easy". The only things that make it even easier are either bug abuse like Perfume bottles with rolling ash that were nerfed just now or shieldpoking/using new Dueling shields. You can beat the game with a dueling shield just fine, you'll probably do Radahn in 2-3 tries but I doubt many people would find that victory satisfying. So unless victory is utterly impossible, you should always strive to win with at least some limitations placed on yourself.
I've watched episode 4 of Suicide Squad Isekai and I think it's the weakest one so far, but I don't think it was bad. For now it just felt like it didn't really need to exist. But it seems like it can get more interesting from now on as now they finally aren't damn prisoners. I'll keep on watching to see where it goes and to support Mori, even in the slightest!

Hitting Malenia with a normal spell is not easy, she "sees" those and reacts instantly. Keep in mind it's also additional brain load of having to switch multiple spells and, if you're being truly efficient, staffs as well.
