Filian should sue VRChat for not making it clear who the owner of the model was. Filian thought the model was in the public domain when it wasn't, and VRChat is to blaim for that. Subsequently, VRChat is responsible for all the damages that happened to Filian because of their miscommunication, and they are obligated to recompense her for the damages.
