Both the 3090 and the 4090 are questionable in terms of price to performance.Most of the 40s series would be an upgrade in terms of raw pixel performance but the low memory bandwith combined with low vram make it a pretty poor choice but would at least have a dual encoder setup with av1 support build into the hardware.50s series should be around the corner with nvidia sticking to new gen every 2 years for the last decade now and even Battlemage might also be an option for her use case if Intel doesn't shit the bed with drivers and compat again.
