I would assume there is still ongoing legal stuff. Other members are still in contact with her and bring her up and stuff. This girl who is a Nijisanji member and has her own LN series being published in Japan wrote the script for her for her birthday voice for example this year.

I hope so. I used to enjoy watching her Minecraft stuff. I even watched her 3D debut live when it happened. You never really know with Nijisanji though. I mean Roa's situation is hardly unique, they have members that are even less active than she is for years not even doing voices and are still considered members.

If it was a case of waiting for some contract to run out she would be gone already. From what I remember in the past reading their financial reports the contract they offer their members is a one year exclusivity that they then have to renew yearly. So if she is still doing work for them now, which we can see she is because of the voluntary voice packs she does, nobody has to participate in those, its almost certain she is still a member because she wants to be.
