Im on a cut currently so im hungry all day. But today I celebrated the Assumption a day late. I had a really nice cabernet sauvignon wine, butternut squash stuffed ravioli, penne a la vodka, and steak. It was really good. Do you like Italian food? Do you like pasta? You do drink wine? In this instance it just highlights their styles. Nerissa is controlled, Elizabeth just kinda does what she feels like with a song. Its why Elizabeth is very strong in Above Below, BECAUSE the director used her strength and kept the flourish in a controlled but still effective manner. Nerissa, she doesn't really need to have someone reign her in, because she mentioned early on when she sung songs she tried to belt in a showy way all the time and it came back to bite her, so she maintains control at all times now.

You see even Aradia when the two are singing won't force her voice, if she says she needs to pitch the song down, she voices that, and we see Nerissa do that in karaoke, obviously seeing where she got it. So hopefully when people do these mashups, they get that detail, but often its just "they sing good, they could sing good together".
