I didn't watch the entire timestamp but I believe she was just talking about streaming Luigi early so she could play longer if she wanted. You'd have to go back further to the last time she started a few streams at 7 eastern to find the timestamp I'm thinking about. I also remember that pattern didn't last long, like 2 or maybe 3 streams max. Im honestly not even sure where to look because I glanced at her start times on hololyzer and couldn't find anything that stood out as being early streams once you convert daylight savings to JST
