It always makes me laugh seeing people call her a leech for the EN stuff. Sure, it might have been over the top telling ID fans in Indonesian that they should just learn English, but at that time a shit ton of Holo were trying to court the EN fanbase.
Maybe you forget, but that was the era of a bunch of JP trying to jump on Myth's explosion by doing EN only streams, English duolingo streams, and just generally trying to be more open to EOP who were just discovering Hololive. ID debuted 4 months after Myth did, and Reine and Ollie tried from the start to scoop up EN viewers. It worked well at the time and gave them the biggest ccv and sub count of the ID's. Now that there's so many options for EN and vtubing (at least Hololive specific) has slowed down on the EN side, their numbers have slid backwards and they don't have the ID fanbase built up to fall back on like Kobo.
