If I was Koopa, or mints manager I would start with advising switching to youtube, and from there doing fuwamoco style check ins.
Rather than having a giant 3 hour VOD with 30 minutes of AFK breaks I would advise to koopa mint to have cute 15 minute live shortcasts where they have time to make an appearance, and check in with their fans convienently instead of placing all their bets on being able to hold out a 6 hour stream for pity raids, and collab offers.
I don't watch fuwamoco much, but it's uplifting to tune into their brief check in streams, and be updated on their happenings. It feels so nice. So generous that they'd make a convenient short scheduled time to tune into them live on a platform that's more accessible than twitch.
Scheduling takes as much effort for viewers as vtubers. Scheduling takes reps. If you can't schedule a 15 minute stream you shouldn't assume you'll have the privilege of broadcasting to an audience on a exclusive platform like twitch for hours at a time.Can't just do heavy lifting. Got to stretch too. Loosen up.

Hamming up your lore, and using it is two different things. Calico used her lore to create a story. Often vtubers fail to understand what it means to use lore as anything more than material for petty self depreciating jokes about how silly vtubers are.
