The best quality you can find in a Vtuber is being funny or creative because that can help carry them even after their main schtick gets old. Also sometimes you just need a break from a person even if they're great. For example Henya is a really good vtuber, cute, funny, good singer, sweet personality, weirdly godlike with toggles, but at this point I've probably heard all of her personal stories like five times. You can't make one person your entire world of entertainment. Personally, looking at the newer Neuro-adjacent streamers I think Ellie is cool because she has a lot of different talents and interests, actually wildly talented. Mini I don't watch much but she seems to have a fun personality, good in collabs. Cerber has a very polished act, nothing technically wrong with it but it's basically all she does. Probably the reason other vtubers seem to like her is that she's more fun offline when she drops the act.
