Neuro had a fucking storyline going as the heel and was going to finish her championship arc. But NO! OP has a fucking massive boner for fuel and tire consumption and decided to let Pit stops exist for literally zero reason. It's just sad that good driver, good overtake and good racing-line is ruined by ONE FUCKING MISTAKE. Pit stops didn't deserve to exist at all because 1. It's not a well-fleshed out system yet. No good pathing. Just bullshit, buggiest tire/fuel consumption against real Gran tursimo games because OP is probably Assetto Corsashitter himself. 2. Neuro had her own storyline and her car is an established hypercar in the automotive industry. 3. Pit stop literally force Mint Fantôme to perpetually suicide jump in Macau, DNS is much better in that sense. If you compare Neuro's all time peak to pit stops, there's no comparison.

That new AI rubberbanding setting certainly did something for the racing at Magny-Cours. But even then, I doubt it even played a major role to the chaos that took place at Goodwood, with so many cars hitting the barrier at turns 8 and 9 just before start/finish. Also, though the Koenigseggs are all but banned from competition after the season, I still ought to look into the bizarre behavior of them taking pitstops mid-race, see how to mitigate that blooper for the championship finale tomorrow.11 drivers remain mathematically alive for the championship title with 2 rounds remaining.
