What's there to cope about? Anyone who watched her knew she was thinking of quitting after START;END in 2022 and only changed her mind last minute because she still felt like she wanted to certain things, like make a game. She said herself why she quit: she missed the days when hololive was a small corpo and she was just a gaming/idol/anime otaku streamer and they didn't have the pressure or responsibility or bureaucracy that is needed to run the number one company in the world; she never wanted to be the face of the brand that ended up being the untouchable Minato Aqua. She talked many times about how she felt compelled to live up to the legendary "gaming idol maid" image she felt had become expected of her and how she burned herself out trying to juggle everything all at once. So, she left. That's not a bad thing, that's just what happens when life trajectories no longer meet. She left on the best possible terms with everyone and expressed her gratitude not just on her holo account, but her personal one too. Now she's free to be a gaming/idol/anime otaku streamer again, no responsibilities, bureaucracy, or pressure instead of having to fill the shoes of the legendary figure she created. This was all pretty plainly expressed, so I'm not sure what's got so many people confused.
