I think the bigger concern is that they have nearly 600 employees and yet they kept getting hemmed up into these issues that stemmed from either incompetence (HLZNT, "forgot" to pay the artist for over a year and a half) and a lack of understanding of the legal and civil procedures (Ina's passport, Subcontract Act), and yet they're still hiring.
