Then how can they reach the conclusion that 1 hour duration is the key to it all? This can also be seen in Ollie's case where she first planted negative sentiments to the local audience in her head which ended up in blunders or thinking that by throwing vulgar freak jokes, it would make her relevant to the overseas audience. Their stupidity is that they only learn something from the final output, not trying to analyze deeper how the dynamics and process can make it happen. I agree and support when they try to reach the audience of normies and the mainstream scene, I don't forbid them to collaborate with people outside the agency, cursing/being toxic,and throw vulgar jokes. Also, spontaneity is good! It's the basic foundation of livestream entertainment especially in content gaming. However, it's their very wrong perspective and way of thinking that makes many of the strategies and approaches they've tried ended up become fail.
