HURRRGHHGHGGGGIt's super effective!
what a tease, is this the closest they've ever been
Riku buying all the cover stock just as so he can crash it later
>>88653800Didn't his uncle bought cover stock last year?
>>88653571>69 yen differenceNice
Here come the sisters screeching that stocks don't matter anyway and you're a chud for looking at them and how cover is a black corpo
>>88653959Isn't that what holofans also say when cover isn't doing well? They're both retarded
>>88654173they genuinely don't matter but sisters losing the only thing they had over holo is funny
>>88654173They don't matter for Cover. They matter for a fucking company doing two buybacks and still losing to fucking cards.
>>88654173The NDF have weaponized the stocks and it’d be funny for them to once again get BTFO by reality. Other than that, no one cares.
>>88654173Nah, holofags look at the whole picture. Nijifags only look at "BIGGER NUMBER BETTER HURRRRR" without actually understanding anything because it's the only thing they've had to lord over holofags. But it's not Cover who's done two buybacks to artificially inflate their stocks and is about to pay out dividends. That's Riku and Anycolor.
>>88653571Sasuga Ohtani-san
>>88653571go be a jew somewhere else
whats the reason for the surge? TCG? baseball? random noise?
>>88654173It is, as always, just a bit more complicated. Cover's value isn't tied to their stock, as they are a long-term revenue-based company. Good, healthy stock still largely benefit them as this gives them more money with which they can expand their business and obtaining liquidity etc. that way is much cheaper than loans. Cover's stock doing poorly limits their potential for growth and expansion.AnyColor is an actual stock market company, their value is strongly tied to their stock performance, if their stock performs badly they will pull money from other areas to try and fix it, because it's more important than their actual revenue stream (streaming, sponsorships and merch) and so we get buybacks instead of investment in streaming equipment, advertisement, talent performance/support (i.e competent management)
>>88656424TCG was important but Cover was also getting dragged down by Niji yabs and poor performance for a while and now they're seemingly breaking free of that anchor. You can see Cover stock took a hit every time Niji fucked up.
>>88656424They underpredicted the earning and had to do a revision since the tch sold so well. The spike started after that report came out.
>>88656740>Cover stock took a hit every time Niji fucked upI think this is a bigger reason to celebrate than holo number bigger, the fact that investors recognize cover as a different entity from the vtubing stock bubble is massive
>>88656740Despite my hatred towards Niji, I wouldn't blame Niji for all of the shortsellingsWhen Anycolor suffered 700 yen loss, Cover was actually trying really hard to not fall down with them and was stabalizing on the 2400 yen line. But unfortunately for them, this was also the start of JP downfall in general and dragged all of JP stock down. And considering Cover corp was very new in the market, the traders got impatient and sold as if the company was "over-valued"Back then, Cover corp's acceptable value was always below 2000 yen while Anycolor's was 3000 yen with traders' high hope that they will get back there soon and spent everything to make the price go up. That's why Cover could never get pass 2k and stay there if they want toBut that changes today because now Cover proved that they can bring in huge ass money. And at the super cheap price of 1500 yen, the value was considered "under-valued" and they started pumping the shit out of it, resulting in whooping 40% increase after 5 trading daysThe next 2 weeks will be crucial however, because that will be the ultimate test for Cover holders. Next week will test whether Cover's acceptable value is above 2k and whether the traders trust Cover stock being above 2k or it will fall into "pump and dump" trap. And the following week will be the release of Cover Q2. If Cover can survive both, then their stocks' future will finally be bright for once
>>88656740ridiculous point to make when cover just had a national news level scandal
>>88656740The scandal might have actually had people buy-in over it since they became the big name in the field and the yab was over not paying work (yes I am aware that was cleared up) which is historically seen positively by investmentfags
>>88658360And it didn't affect them in any way, only retards here thought it was a big deal, or that the drama was about Cover to begin with
>>88658409which is funny because I'm pretty sure they pay more than niji
>>88658360When a scandal hits cover they admit their mistakes and apologize to the people that got wronged & their fans for not being good enough, when a scandal hits anycolor they blame everyone but themselves and apologize to the stockholders for number not big enough
>>88653571>>>/biz/
>>88653571well done
>>88658647Paying at all is paying better then anycolor
>>88658360You don't know Japanese, probably not even English
>>88653571Nijisanji will continue falling off next year, just wait and see.
>>88653571obsessed
>>88654173Stocks never mattered for Cover. They still don't matter now, but it's just funny to see a company who basically told their investors to fuck off beating another company that not only relies on stocks, but did multiple buy-backs in desperation.
>>88658360they were not breaking any laws yet. since the law wasn't into affect, the letter they received was just informing them that they will be breaking the law once it comes to effect. they fixed the issue before it became an issue. so in short. suck dick nijinigger.
>>88658360the main takeaway from this is that Cover is now important enough to be featured on national news
??
>>88653571It's just TCG buff. It will go away soon.

>>88653571What is funny to me is that the usual Niji sisters accounts never bring out the stock prices but /here/ seems to be a primordial topic. From a neutral party it seems only one side is obsessed with it.
