I think she is mostly alright now I don't remember hearing her cough much recently. But ages ago she just got a normal kind of cough/flu/throat infection type illness and where she would stream for so long so consistently and she would never let herself take a break long enough to give it time to fully heal so it would just never fully go away. So she spent like a year and half or so almost constantly with some degree of bad throat and coughing. Maybe it would go away for a few weeks here and there then come back soon after if she streamed a lot and did karaoke or had a particularly loud stream or whatever. Or if she got ill again it would flair up again easily.

I feel like she does a good job of creating a warm and inviting welcoming casual kind of atmosphere in her streams and making everyone feel like they are part of the community. The way she talks with her chat often feels like she is just chatting with friends or something to me, I feel she is good at telling stories and can just go on chatting away for hours and make the most mundane stuff entertaining to listen to. She can get so wrapped up in talking with her chat if she gets onto some topic that its kind of normal for her to be like ok I am going to end now and then an hour later she is still there chatting because she got carried away with it. Outside of chatting though if she is playing a story based game like her Xenoblade series or Persona or whatever JRPG she can get really into the characters and invested into them which makes those playthroughs entertaining to watch to me.
