>>88903915Yeah, I thought that was odd too, it's one more reason I chose to believe her when she said it wasn't going to be a sololive since I thought her getting a second 3D outfit so soon was unlikely. Maybe they were trying to make up for the 3 year drought between her formal outfit and her visual update where she got literally nothing. I imagine one of the reasons she had to wait so long between her 2D outfits and only got her first alternative 3D outfit years later than everyone else must have been that they knew they were going to replace her current models and didn't want to waste resources before that. Feels nice that they finally started actually treating her like a top talent again.

>>88912444I mean I doubt it's to push her as the "idol" gamer angle as that never really was Fubuki's forte. Just a year ago she was still incredibly self-conscious of her music, and still in some part is, and idol stuff still isn't something she goes for a lot unlike Aqua who had like 2 or 3 sololives by her graduation (to put it into perspective Aqua had announced her first sololive by the time Fubuki was dreaming of doing one and had only one original song). I'm pretty sure she is probably going to slow down on the idol stuff after the sololive considering she's had that goal since like 2020 and is something that would probably feel as a "completion" of her idol part, not to say she wouldn't do more stuff after it but I think it would show her finally completing the idol journey. After that she's probably just going to go back to playing games, I'm pretty sure the idol life isn't something she's ever been super into and enjoys the stream interactions a lot more. If Cover were to push her to keep doing stuff that put her away from what she truly enjoys than they're just going to have Aqua's situation happen all over again.
