I guess the idea behind Dev_Is is to keep expanding the number of members available (since as time goes on, not only are graduations inevitable, but more members stream less as they pick up more outside work it also allows them to reroll the homocollaber gacha more) BUT it doesn't put a burden on Holota, who just want to follow the main group. I guess it's almost like Bandori or Love Live, who have different groups who all work under the same umbrella, but you're not supposed or expected to be a fan of EVERYONE you just take your pick and stick with them. So Holofans can stick with gens 0-6, but the girls still have an increasing number of people to collab and work with. Not that Regloss did much in that sense... we didn't really get anyone who was beneficial to the box as a whole, at not in the way in which Koyori, CC or GG were to their respective groups, but not all groups are going to be home runs I guess, contracts might also be different
