Don't know how Germany works, but in Hungary you can return anything without question within 14 days of purchase so it's probably somewhat similar

2. Within EU when buying online you get 14 days for refund, sure, but not every store is required for refund if not buying online.
tho some stores can allow you to buy it online, pay it online and you just pick it up at the store which should count as being able to return it within 14 days, but they still got to have the thing for you to pick it up.
