Damn, that has to be demoralizing to see...
>>
>>89424944
They have the exact numbers from the hololive shop itself, this is just an advertisement disguised as a survey.
>>
lol that percentage
>>
Those are good numbers. I'm surprised it's as high as it is. Converting people who can consume 90% of your content for free into parting with their cash for that extra 10% isn't easy.
>>
Voice packs are one of the most cringe shit ever and comparing them to anime drama CD is almost insulting, fucking grifters.
>>
>>89424862
>>89424944
>>89425007
Do you tards realize that 30% of the 18k people who answered the poll buying voice packs = fat stacks of money.
>>
I'd get voice packs if they were anything special, like heavy GFE or JOI. But why would I spend money to hear Fuwamoco reading off some boring script. "let's go shopping wuffian! after that we can eat a donut and go for a walk in the park!"
no thanks
tell me you both love me or help me jack off. preferably both
>>
>>89424944
If it was a members poll then it probably would be
>>
>>89424862
Who cares if they get their dream sololive when it will turn out to be some soulless shit just like this community post
>>
>>89425179
Sure they can make bank off it, but learning 70% of you fanbase is entirely uninterested still probably hurts just a little
>>
lmao only 5000 people buying their voice packs, it's over for holobronies. this is what happens when you pander to unicorns
>>
>>89424944
Most people don't buy extra merch, no matter the type. Having 30% of people buy your merch, especially at the size of their audience, is huge. And voice packs in general tend to sell really well compared to other types of merch, if my indie vtuber friends merch sales are anything to go by.
>>
>>89424862
lol grim
but needed
>>
>>89425313
>35k per voicepack
that's more money than nijis see in their entire career
>>
>>89425347
>niji outta nowhere
Truly obsessed
>>
>>89424862
I am a fat, degenerate weeb, but even I can't bring myself to listen to (let alone purchase) voice packs.
>>
>89425420
lmao
>>
>>89425297
not really. thats just like members vs subs count
>>
>>89424862
Well at least they asked and are interested in feedback from fans, that's better than can be said for chuubas who give 0 fucks what the fans actually care about.
>>
It's weird how hard they're going on the voice pack stuff in holo overall
>>
>>89424862
And yet they still stream more than Nijisanji and Gura
>>
>>89425646
because they actually get money from merch and voice packs
>>
>>89424862
>30% of 19K (and counting) is 5.7K
>most recent voice pack is $7
>$34K
>for a thing that they probably got done in one day
Next you retards are gonna tell me 100% of any chuuba fanbase always buy merchs.
>>
>30% of your fanbase spend money on mercha
Leave it to mud hut dwellers to think that’s a bad conversion
>>
>>89424862
It's almost as if men are visual creatures and prefer seeing the chuubas over hearing their roommates.

>>89425799
This is assuming nobody who voted yes pirated, has alts that also voted yes, or just said yes and doesn't actually own any voice packs. But it's still a ridiculous amount of money.
>>
I'm surprised the percentage is that high. I always assumed voice packs were a way to gift money to the talents without youtube taking a cut like SC.
>>
This is just an ad. Well if you aren't buying our voicepacks 30% of our audience loves them and you're missing out! I've only bought one voice pack. I didn't like my oshi's bday merch and wanted to do something supportive.
>>
what's their least expensive voice pack, don't they have a 10k yen one
>>
>>89424862
ouch. those numbers are brutal. obviously most ruffians dont *buy* them, but I expected most of them to at least lie to be polite. Still, 30% of their average ccv is still probably selling 2-3k voice packs a month, which are all talent profit. I'd take an extra free 30 grand a month please.
>>
what's with the increased seething at hololive
>>
>>89426968
Just the usual nijisister malding
>>
>>89426343
no, they have a 45 dollar one but it has both of them
usually they have separate voice packs
>>
I'm guessing that's still among top percentage in the company. Voice packs always seemed like such a dumb merch
>>
>>89425427
I like simple notification ones. I still use the Gura one I got years ago.
>>
>>89427321
One of the few ways to hear her voice now...
>>
>>89425568
And even if you buy the voice packs doesn't mean you'll listen to them. I buy voicepacks but never listen to them because they're kinda cringe to me but I know merch is some of the best way to support the holos. So whenever I buy a voice pack I see it as a more direct superchat. In this poll I would've answer honestly too, no I don't listen to your voice packs but I DO buy them.
>>
The people voting no are just grifter phasecucks
>>
>>89424944
Not really when you consider how much money 30 percent of 18k actually is.
>>
Of course Ruffians are worried because their long promised ASMR wasn't even hidden behind a membership but behind a 45 dollar purchase.
>>
>>89425646
it's literally free money
>>
>>89424862
You can't sell streams for 40 dollars
>>
>>89425646
Not if they are making 35k plus per voicepack. Remember there is two of them, so they need to make as much money as possible
>>
ITT: normalfags getting filtered
>>
>>89424862
I didn't know that they did it so frequently. Whatever, my membership ends in 2weeks and that'll be the end of it.
>>
>>89428775
Mococo only gets a small allowance.
>>
its funny because if you look at the accounts in the comments section saying that they cant afford it majority of them are sea
>>
>>89424862
That's disappointing, I was expecting the ruffians to be more supportive.
>>
Thread filled with some seething SEAschizo that cant handle the fact women make money
>>
>>89424862
They should actually focus on streaming more instead.
>>
>>89429503
The reason everyone said no is because ruffians are 99% third worlders who can't afford to shill out $6 every few months kek
>>
>>89425007
90% of watchers will never spend a dime on the vtuber they watch (This goes for any streamer)
30% is really fucking good, it will be biased towards Fuwamoco due to the fact the people responding to this are more likely to be the people who buy voice packs.
>>
>>89429858
$6? The ASMR was $45.
>>
What’s the point of voice packs? If you want to listen to your Oshi, just watch streams and/or vods.
>>
>>89425179
Bots??
>>
>>89424944
They are getting an honest answer and for something like voice packs that is a lot of customers. Hololive talents already get millions of dollars so unlike Nijisanji there is less need for them to release voice packs. They obviously want fans to buy their merch but similar to paywall concerts it really is only made for dedicated fans.
>>
hopefully they realize voice packs are cringe gfe trash cancer nobody with taste wants. i don't know why cover allows this cringe shit
>>
>>89429858
>literally proving the point
>>
>>89431212
>i don't know why cover allows this cringe shit
Because merch makes up 50% of Covers revenue and voice packs require very little effort to create.
>>
>>89424862
30% of paypigs is worth more than 70% leeches
>>
>>89425179
anon thinks that voting means buying
>>
>>89424862
I’d buy the voice packs if they were only released in English.

Japanese Version = No Money From Me
>>
>>89430556
They can't go all the way on stream
>>
>>89424862
>speaks
>ten thousand of dollars added to your account
Only seething 2view seethe about this.
>>
>>89425297
bank accounts are weeping at what could have been
>>
>>89425646
no cut from outside of cover, it's the most direct dono unlike attention bids
>>
>>89424862
Wow actually 30% is way higher than I would expect. If my business could have ancillary products with a 30% upsell rate to existing customers? Holy shit I would have a cash orgasm and do it as much as I could.
>>
I don't particularly like Fuwamoco but I don't really see the problem in them asking this of their audience. VP's are straight money to the talent, but if no one is buying them or they aren't popular or whatever, then that tells them that they should put their focus elsewhere. (Besides, even a 10% "Yes" vote of the 18K who voted is still $12,000 that they made.)

(I'm iffy on if this should have been a community post, mostly in the sense of taste and hiding the results from the public, but that's just me.)
>>
>>89433342
The issue with asking this is that there's no way they don't have access to the actual sales numbers, even if Cover doesn't explicitly tell them "you sold X voice packs" it wouldn't be difficult to figure it out based on their royalties.
The only purpose for making this a community post with public results would be to passive aggressively guilt the 70% into becoming buyers.
>>
>>89433878
>>89433342
Give me a Pero voice pack.
Something like "Pero Goes Surfing" or some retarded shit I don't care.
I WANT TO LAUGH
>>
>>89433878
Except the question was not "did you buy our voicepacks" it was "did you listen to our voicepacks"--which is a different question that isn't captured by sales data.
>>
>>89434052
Its completely useless if that's their purpose; since they have no way to differentiate between the majority of people who answer No because they dont buy them, and the minuscule amount who buy them but dont listen to them
>>
>>89433342
They have no problem shamelessly marketing themselves. This was all marketing.

Lmao no it's not
They posted this as an ad
You think they don't have internal metrics for these things? They already knew the answer. They just wanted to do a "wink wink, feel bad for us and buy it" post

I don't think the result would be much defferent if it was physical merch, which will NEVER stop being released. Most people will always just be consuming free content. 30% is a good result for this.
>>
>>89424862
No, I don't listen to voice packs of 30yo white Canadian girls desperately trying to act and sound like Japanese teenage anime girls.

Kiara did a poll asking people if they watched her live or clips AND SUPRISE SUPRISE 70% said they were clip watchers only.
>>
>>89433342
Like other anons said, those 70% are clip watchers. This is just FWMC trying to guilty trip people into paying up or at least check stuff out. Lots of holoENs have an allergy to shilling but FWMC doesnt
>>
>>89435320
There's clip-only leeches and there's people who watch streams of their own oshis and want to at least get basic knowledge of others from the clips. Can't possibly keep up with streams of every single one of them.
>>
>>89435320
Community polls arent real, I get pushed polls from girls I dont even watch all the time
>>
>>89433342
First off Cover does still have a cut on voice packs it's just smaller
Second off you're assuming every who voted yes actually buys everything when the reality is they probably bought the Christmas pack a year ago or maybe even just """listen""" to the free samples and are counting that.
>>
They wouldn't have to do this if you fuckers bought more voice packs. They're starving artists. Help a poor girl and her abused twin.
>>
>>89426999
there aren't any sisters left, this is all phasecucks and holo vs holo at this point. you bastards ran all the real sisters off, its so boring these days
>>
>>89424862
>>89424862
Asking gifted non customers if they listen to voice packs?
Great idea
>>
>>89424862
>getting married
Yeah, both with me
