Hence why most streamers will have a note telling you that any money given is a non-refundable tip right next to the button. Especially if they can prove you were active in chat at any point gives more credibility that it wasn't an accident.In addition, most streamers move away from direct paypal donations to streamlabs or kofi which have way better protections against chargebacks. Also I have no idea where you get this idea about laywers, I have never seen anyone needing legal counsel to for a dispute within paypal and I have never seen someone being charged to contest a chargeback.
