I saw someone do a chemical breakdown of G-Fuel vs Gamer Supps vs GHOST energy a while ago. Ghost contained most of what it actually advertised and could actually be considered an effective pre-workout. G-Fuel was mostly caffeine with minimal amounts of B vitamins and taurine.
