Several people from Myth have outright stated none of them really expected things to go on longer than a few months. There was a full two years between Council and Advent and what Hololive was and what people should expect going into the company is far more clear these days. Advent knew what they were getting into and they all said they were warned by Myth/Promise that things were only going to pick up from there. Justice knew what they were getting into and very likely received the same warnings. It's why there are more people in Advent/Justice who actually care about and love the idol journey than there are in Myth/Promise. None of them joined Hololive to be idols. They wanted to try out the funny anime girl streaming.
