Unfortunately the red tape (maybe the expectations too) seem to be much closer to that of Hololive because JP business culture and they don't want anything that could stain the company's reputation as a whole. Maybe they still don't really know what to do with Stars? I don't really know, but the amount of cancelled projects and gripes with staff seem to be on par between Holostars and Hololive.That whole thing with Altare does kinda make me wonder if management's slowness with issues is simple incompetence, being swamped with protocol, or if there is something else going on like some cultural disconnect between staff and talents.sorry for the wall of text btw

I was tuning into Aster who I don't usually watch today and it was charming in its own way. He was excited to show off some dumb new build he came up with in LoL. Raged when enemy picked the champ he was excited to show off his build for. Showed a replay to hype this build. Then brags whenever he does a good play. Then proceed to get wrecked and lose.
