Considering graduation decision is not immediate and the hiring process is not a one-week thing, it's safe to assume the old manager got fired for making Holo lose Fauna
Too bad they aren't like phase where i can fuck the talents, not gonna apply.
>>90590304that was idol
>>90590079Maybe they shifted the blame to that manager, even though the problem seems to be company wide
>>90590079But they have graduations on the JP side too. This can't all be blamed on one manager
>>90590480so i can't fuck phase either? phase can go fuck themselves then.
>>90590304that was Production Kawaii
>>90590304that was NijiJP
>>90590304that was HoloJP
How do I bullshit my way into this.
>>90590079
>>90590304that was me
What were Fauna's share on overall merch? Did she sell a lot?
>>90590079>implementation of measuresthis sterile corpo newspeak is not a good sign
>>90590079well, Fauna and Ame.It'd be nice if it's all that simple, but I doubt it.
>>90590304That was Vshojo
>>90591166They're not called cuckconnect for nothing
>>90591166oh they're definitely fucking, just not you
>>90590079it's a corpobloat job, not a talent managing job
>>90598386No shit? It's a job posting for an international strategy and business development position from a literal corporation.
>>90591126JP graduations didn't say that they disagreed with the management, so either EN manager guy messed up or didn't follow up well enough to keep Fauna from lashing out"Different directions" is essentially the same thing, but nowhere nearly as harsh
>>90591835Don't use Lottie to shitpost you dumb fuck
>>90601318You can't stop me, Lad.
>>90590079You haven't read the statement correctly. They're seeking a manager for the strategy team of the international business development division. This has nothing to do with talent management in the slightest. It's about how to properly expand overseas and actually see some growth in fans. It means they want to see payments from more credit cards, not just the same credit cards spread over more talents. If it's because things weren't going well, then it means that the strategy of releasing new gens wasn't working.Put yourself in the position of such a person that got hired. What strategy would you develop to acquire new fans and expand growth beyond the niche? The answer is simple, you would progressively appeal to more normie audiences and other languages. Second, you would stop hiring Canadians.
>>90591835work in Cover USA
>>90590079Ok, retard. That annoincement is not for a talent manager, is for a marketing manager, aka someone taking care of the merch part.
I want to work for cover and fire all of EN management
>>90601976how long until cover starts chasing the modern audience?
>>90590079I MEAN If a fucking manager, who already by nature is a business overhead, makes me lose millions of dollars, YES IT MAKES SENSE THEY GOT FUCKING FIRED ANON
>>90612852They already started talking about it over a year ago before EN3 came out. Expanding the western market doesn't mean expanding the choice the existing niche of fans has. It was always supposed to mean actually expanding the market, but beyond the niche and you start to get normies. It was always a be careful for what you wish for deal. Releasing EN3 and EN4 with the results they got so far probably alerted them that the current plan wasn't working so great. EN4 already started diversifying the appeal, so expect more of that.
>>90599701>JP graduations didn't say that they disagreed with the managementthey did tho
