I'm not as heartbroken as when Ame announced her departure, probably because I've been numbed by all the graduations being so close to each other, but Fauna's stream made it clear where blame lies and I'm both angry and sad at the same time.
I've gone from liking hololive to only loving Mumei, and what hololive is becoming is not something I can like.
I hope Mumei has had real, personal, talks with Fauna, and that she makes a personal decision. I will support whatever she decides on.

I don't think it's necessarily toxic even if it's new direction is a mistake. Clearly Cover is okay with multiple talents graduating because of it, they will push ahead regardless. They probably think this is the only way for Cover the company to survive the eventual graduations that will happen, because no one will stau forever.
Cover's mistake is what their solution is, and how eager they are to go that path. They forget that 1) hololive is everything, and 2) their talents would stay for longer than they think. Fauna could have gone for many more years and they ironically made her graduate early.
But worst is that they cannot fix this, they cannot stop now so they will lose girls until they are no longer viable. Every graduation means more pressure on top performers, because new gens do not replace old ones.
