I wonder, how many of you were here when NijiEN's clique was revealed? How Selen had to use a separate Line channel to contact Niji HQ at Japan that the clique controlled, meaning they controlled what opportunities Selen received (with Elira hogging most of them) or missed? Meaning the clique were effectively management?Meaning that...talents can become management. Not many of you, right? You're in trouble, /vt/.If you don't do your reps, you're going to be so confused in 2025.You'll be blaming "management" and you'd be right, but your fingers will point at the wrong people.
>Pekora and Miko in a cliqueINSANE post
>>90658603Oh no homobeggars are getting desperate and now they started to attack the talents instead of management.Pathetic. Keep crying homobeggar. I will not watch LL, she is a homocollaber.
>Holo in flames>b-but NijiENthis is why people make fun of holofags
>>90658603A reminder that no holo member has power in management. Hololive didn’t care Jackshit a couple years ago and they terminated their top earner at the time.If a clique is found within hololive yagoo will kill it on the spot, and that’s what he is doing with ame, Gura and fauna.
>>90658709pekora would never support her rapist
>>90658603Anon, it was never officially revealed. tl;dr Management was confirmed to have ridiculous favoritism issues and likely punished members they didn't like or asked for too much for whatever reason (Pomu, Selen, Zaion, etc.). The actual powers of any branch members is unknown and has not been confirmed beyond Elira and Luca having enough respect to mediate disputes. All we really confirmed (From Raz's leaks) is that management had favoritism issues that even extended to Luxiem (Luca and Ike being pissed about being not informed about or invited to NijiFes). We also know that Elira's and Luca's opinions were respected enough to mediate disputes between members, although whether or not they have a true "leadership" role is unknown. Elira also owned and operated the private discord server, but it's unknown whether or not that means she had any more power than anyone else, considering everybody else was given mod powers (Pomu being able to boot Elira from a call/Drag Rosemi into a call with her)The most likely scenario that's happened in countless companies and branches is that the lack of support effectively turned into a lord of the flies moment where the talents had to fend for themselves, causing them to self regulate through peer pressure. Doki's also heavily implied that japanese corpos prefer to sponsor people who they can speak Japanese directly to in her indies vs corpo stream. This, combined with Elira's "daisenpai" status allowed her to become management's favorite and get all the shiny new merch and support and whatever. Meanwhile, Pomu, Selen, etc. ended up neglected or outright sabotaged due to whatever reasons they had with management. (Likely actually wanting management to do any real work.) Their individual issues with management may have caused them to spitefully prefer the other talents when it came to opportunities, which is made even more likely by the fact that Pomu of all people seemed to have no idea what was going on with Selen at the time of her graduation, hoping that she could collab with her one more time, being completely unsure of their relationship after leaving due to never speaking again, "I learned something about my former employer that left me traumatized," etc.

>>90659210Niji clique wasn't their top earners. But I also think this is retarded
