After some contemplation, I feel like Gura is actually NOT going to graduate anytime soon. How both Ame and Fauna graduated reflects different self interest and goals. Ame went affiliate because she knows she can be lazy and will fall off the indie stream grind. Therefore she keeps a foot in the door. Fauna has no problem with grinding streams out, so she feels better about keeping any audience that follows her out the door. Gura doesn't seem to like streaming, at least not consistently. Why leave if you can make money for minimal work to focus on other things? She knows she can't keep up the workload needed to make money as an indie streaming. Mumei I'm less sure about. She may be close to Fauna, but that doesn't mean you follow your friend out the door if your situation isn't as bad. With HoloFES tickets on sale likely soon, you won't see any more graduations until April.

All I've learned is that you can't trust what anyone says about staff/management because it's extremely obvious there's holos that stand to gain a lot from praising them and being on their good side and they will pile on whoever wants to disrupt that. Basically if you have a shit manager you have to tank it and basically get lucky, kinda like what happened to IRyS. She got lucky because they decided to rebrand her and just turn her into a normal holo member but she was stuck with fucking shit for a long time and the answer was just to hold that shit. If she spoke out it was very likely other JP members would have jumped her to say management wasn't bad. This shit fucking sucks, cover should have never expanded to a western audience.
