>>90726840I think the issue is moreso that the managers aren't stepping on the brakes often enough and consistently enough (across talents), EN has unique problems in that respect since they have to travel to Japan and stay there and any extended stays are just generally bad. I think they ought to take a real close look at the manager position and what it entails and actually lay out guidance for these things, and not just blanket hour limits because not everyone has the same stamina. They also ought to take a look at the implied pressure they put on talents, because even if they aren't intending to put pressure on them and aren't telling them they have to do more, the girls might feel pressured if their manager isn't actively telling them to slow the fuck down. Japan is behind in these kind of studies, management culture, attitudes and procedures are a pretty important thing that often gets overlooked or made light of even here in the west let alone in Japan.
