Yesterday, after the awards show. Lia did a stream talking about the behind the scenes with her performance. She didn't want to outright say the teaser was for Invaders 3. However, then the Phase Connect account twitted and Sakana confirmed that it was for Invaders, so Lia was able to say, "yeah, it's Invaders".So the significance of this is that it proves that talents aren't given all details of whatever is going on at the moment. They only know what involves them, and what doesn't involve them, they have no knowledge, or don't know the details.

If you're Gen3, you need to plan your own streams; you don't need to worry too much about Gen1's anniversary that has nothing to do with you. If you overlap, then you can make a decision later, not with weeks in advance. That was my point about Runie cancelling streams due to overlaps.

Rie herself said that some aspects of that stream, the song, the music video, the model, etc. something was finished just a few hours before. So with vtubing it's like that, things are delayed, people wait for artists, they rush to get things out before a deadline, etc. It's not so easy to plan with weeks in advance.
