"Disagreeing with management" is so vague and neutral that it's actually less harsh than the specific criticisms voiced by other girls. I think they just read the room badly. In a vacuum, Fauna's prepared statement is very diplomatic, on par with "creative differences". Within the context of several talents leaving earlier in the year, specially Chloe's situation, it looks like a smoking gun. Hence Cover panicked and had the girls do some unsubtle reassurances.
