Yes, mobas are terrible games for streaming and they're terrible games to play in general cuz unfortunately they are fun. Once you start you can't stop playing, just one more match and before you know it it's 6am and you haven't slept at all.

If you're watching for the gameplay then the game better be interesting enough to watch, like singleplayer games with compelling stories, interesting mechanics etc. If you're watching for the streamer then the gameplay matters less as long as the streamer has interesting things to say or talk about, stuff like Minecraft, Powerwashing Simulator head empty no thought kinda games etc.
Mobas are a guilty pleasure kinda thing and not only do they require a streamer's full concentration cuz of all the things happening on screen but they are boring to watch as well if you don't understand the game or the streamer is bad at it. It's basically the worst of both worlds.

Any game can be stream worthy granted the person playing them knows how to stream it. Some are easier to make content for while others require more engagement
Bae is a newbie at Mobas but if she was like, really good and could mantain a good conversation while narrating/explaining her gameplay she could make a good stream. Ace Attorney is a terrible game for streaming in theory (visual novel with no voice acting and only one solution) but Reine made it work.
Other side of the coin would be something like Irys playing Sekiro and being utterly miserable because she couldnt understand the game

Don't get me wrong it may be interesting to watch a pro player play or at least someone who is decent enough at it that they can just zatsu while playing. To get to that level though you need hundreds if not thousands of hours of hours of suffering. Fauna said she has 500 hours in Dota and while yes she went on a 26-0 killstreak against the easiest bots, she was still very very bad at playing the game.
So if you're a streamer who's never played a lot of mobas before, wasting 1000 hours minimum just to get to a level where you can make your streams enjoyable to the people who watch you... yea thanks but no thanks.
