Currently processing fish, a bit of dodo meat and capybara into next dry season's rations. Christmas time is a break where everyone feasts on shelfish paella and fruit wine from the orchard. Of course there's the Christmas parade and festivities in the aeroport plaza and main town. Visitors are welcome to join. Once Christmas Eve ends everything shuts down for Christmas the next day. Those who are away from home can use the aeroport's kitchens to prepare their own Christmas feasts if they desire. Often times sailors from different ships gather together in one kitchen to poole their remaining rations along with fresh island ingredients to make a Christmas dinner for everyone. And obviously the drunken men seek ladies of the night once the feast is done.
