The Bloom Cup coming up is gonna be a fun one. Promise is dead and it seems like the decks to looks out for are Chloe (Big brained plays allow for snagging multiple lives at once), Reine+Iofi (generally super strong and Ollie Oshi means you can get another Reine ready in a single turn), Marine/Fantasy (Marine seems fine all by herself but also works well backed by Peko, Noel, or both) and Kanata (still strong even after getting a restriction).

First draft of the support-heavy Buzz Mio deck. Honesty I don't think it can be that good mostly because the selection for non-limited supports is really bad once you remove all the mascots/tools/fans. It's sort of fun trying something so different though
